Height Meter is provided by 山西深海科技有限公司. It supports child profiles, height, weight and head circumference records, growth curves and percentile references, and compatible Bluetooth height meters. Growth data is for family records and reference and does not replace medical advice.
Sign-in and Binding
Sign in with an SMS code for a mainland China (+86) phone number, Apple, or native WeChat authorization. WeChat must be installed and authorization is optional. Me > Account & Sync lets you verify and bind a phone or Apple account and view WeChat status. An identity belonging to another account cannot be bound to the current account; the app does not merge or delete child data because of a conflict. Use the original sign-in method or contact support. Do not send passwords, verification codes or authorization codes.
Account Deletion and Child Information Requests
Open Me > Account & Sync > Delete Account for permanent deletion. Bound phones require a deletion verification code; other accounts use a valid signed-in session and confirmation. Apple-bound accounts require authorization revocation first. A failure message means the account has not been deleted; retry as instructed or contact support. Successful deletion disables the account and cleans up parent profiles, child profiles, measurements and device bindings as described in the Privacy Policy. Signing out or revoking Apple/WeChat authorization is not account deletion. Guardians can email support to request access, correction, a copy, deletion of child information or withdrawal of consent, and to check handling of feedback attachments, backups and legally retained records.
Photos and Bluetooth
Avatars and feedback attachments use the system photo picker and receive only selected images. Text feedback can be submitted without images or contact details. If Bluetooth connection fails, check iOS Bluetooth permission, device power and distance, and whether another app is using the device. Signed-in accounts can record growth data manually without Bluetooth.
