These terms are between you and 山西深海科技有限公司. Height Meter provides child profiles (up to 6 per account), height, weight and head circumference records, history, growth curves and percentile references, and connection to compatible Bluetooth height meters. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy and confirm your agreement when signing in.
Parents and Guardians
The app is for parents, guardians and adult caregivers authorized by a guardian. Before creating a child profile, ensure you have authority to provide and manage that child's information. Processing information about a child under 14 requires consent from their parent or other guardian. Children should not register a parent account themselves.
Sign-in and Account Binding
You can sign in using an SMS code sent to a mainland China (+86) phone number, Apple, or native WeChat authorization when WeChat is installed. Use credentials you control and keep them secure. In Me > Account & Sync, you can explicitly bind a phone number or Apple account after verifying it. Accounts are not automatically merged based on matching nicknames or email addresses. Binding an identity that belongs to another account is rejected without merging or deleting child data. The page also shows your WeChat binding status.
Measurements and Health References
Use appropriate measuring tools and techniques and check manual entries and Bluetooth readings. Posture, conditions, calibration and entry errors can affect results, and growth standards apply to different ages and populations. The app is for family records and reference only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, disease assessment, treatment or medication advice and cannot replace a qualified medical professional.
Responsible Use and Information Security
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, false or unrelated information, or attack or bypass service security. Protect your account and device from unauthorized access to child information. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, such as a child's identity number or home address, in avatars, nicknames, notes or feedback screenshots. Contact support if you notice unauthorized sign-in or an information-related issue.
Stopping Use and Account Deletion
You can stop using the app or sign out; signing out does not delete cloud data. To delete your account, open Me > Account & Sync > Delete Account. Accounts with a bound phone require SMS verification; accounts without one use a valid signed-in session and confirmation. Apple authorization must be revoked before an Apple-bound account can be deleted. Check for a successful deletion confirmation. See the Privacy Policy for data cleanup and rights requests.
